Simon Bogdanov

Simon is a Licensed Estate Agent and Sales Executive at Oslo Property. He has extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects, making him well-equipped to guide clients through the ever-changing real estate market. His top priority is providing a positive client experience, always putting the needs and goals of both buyers and sellers first and foremost.

As a part of his day-to-day responsibilities at Oslo Property, Simon ensures that his clients achieve great results in a timely manner, while also making sure that their sales journey is stress-free and enjoyable. He takes pride in his empathetic approach and his ability to understand all aspects of the local Surf Coast property market.

When he’s not working, Simon likes to spend time with his family and friends, trying out the many great cafes and restaurants in the area, and catching waves at his favourite local Surf Coast breaks. Simon’s strong work ethic, reliability, and understanding of the local community makes him a valuable member of the Oslo Property team.
